We are looking for a recent Psychology Graduate who would like to join a vibrant Reception class in Isleworth as a Special Educational Needs Behaviour Management Teaching Assistant. In this full-time role, you will work alongside a qualified teacher and an Early Years Practitioner, becoming part of a supportive and welcoming team dedicated to helping every child thrive.
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) within a mainstream Reception class. The successful candidate will work one-on-one and in small groups with students, helping to create a positive learning environment while focusing on behaviour management.
