About the role:
As the Project Officer (Capability) you will work as a valued member of our team and play a key role in the Education Futures Institute providing operational, administrative and corporate services support.

As the Project Support Officer, your role will include:

  • general administration, organisation and corporate functions to support the delivery of capability programs and initiatives
  • corporate support, including financial, HR, procurement, and asset management
  • administering internal and outgoing correspondence and information management
  • supporting administrative duties for the branch, including organising catering and room bookings for meetings, travel requests, supporting the on/offboarding of staff, and other duties as required.

Our ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • have outstanding communication and customer service skills and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders.
  • bring high level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner.
  • demonstrate excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Content Manager and Microsoft suite. Experience with SAP and TSS would be beneficial.
  • maintain flexibility and availability to meet the needs of the Branch.
  • enjoy working with a diverse team to deliver outcomes and make a positive impact in education.
