About the Role:

Your typical actions over a week / month are made up of - but not limited to:

  • Providing governance direction across ICT Enabled Initiatives.
  • Delivering EPO oversight and administration.
  • Aid in the Evolution of Standards, processes, templates and reference materials.
  • Supporting the team through Health Checks & Perform Key Milestone reviews.
  • Support QGCDG / OAI Engagements / Document Release.
  • Aid in document collation / GBN creation / Questions on Notice etc.
  • In collaboration with PMO team assist with Gated Assurance reviews.
  • Supporting our customer base through Project profiling / Kick off's.
  • Deliver on departmental external reporting commitments.
  • Contribute to Concept & Investment Reviews.
  • Assist with development of PM Community of Practice (CoP) information pieces.
  • Maintain ICT PMO SharePoint page and delivery frequent updates.
  • Aid in the collation and delivery of ICT PMO Monthly Bulletin.
