About the Role

Responsibilities include:

  • Represent the department's interest through consultation, negotiation and liaison including, but not limited to, Queensland Government entities (QGAO), building owners, QIC, DoE representatives and other stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure appropriate corporate governance structures are established and maintained as approved by government.
  • Manage all related program and project activities to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and outcomes are met within budget and on time.
  • Identify risk issues and mitigation options in relation to the program/scope of works.
  • Develop and manage a suitable communication framework and consultation process including preparation and distribution of regular progress reports and updates, and minutes for all stakeholder and construction site meetings as required.
