Principal's Executive Assistant
Full time temporary position commencing Term 3, 2025
Maternity Leave Position (12 month contract)

Applicants must:
- hold a valid NSW Working with Children Check
- have the ability to handle tasks with a high degree of confidentiality
- have a working knowledge of WH&S and equity in employment and a demonstrated capacity to apply related principles and policies
- comply with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment
Selection Criteria
- provide evidence of well-developed communication, administrative and office skills with an ability to deal tactfully, confidently and effectively with people at all levels
- capacity to show initiative and demonstrate effective time management, organisational and planning skills with an ability to meet pressing deadlines and competing priorities
- highly developed skills in a range of Microsoft and Google applications with willingness and ability to learn new systems
- capacity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information, with a commitment to providing quality client engagement and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, and establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing priorities and tasks, including the ability to work effectively outside of standard hours when required, and a willingness to take on diverse duties as assigned by the Principal
- previous experience working in a school environment and with the Compass student management system (or similar) desirable, to support efficient administrative and enrolment processes.
