About the Team:
The Focused Initiative Team (FIT) within Infrastructure Services Division is dedicated to delivering high-profile and complex projects for the Department of Education. This team utilises their networks and relationships working collaboratively across the Department and diverse stakeholder groups to drive innovative and impactful solutions.
About the Role:
The ideal applicant will possess the following key attributes:
- Demonstrated expertise in working collaboratively and respectfully with colleagues and stakeholders, including clear communication and active participation in a team approach to deliver project outcomes.
- Experience supporting the planning and implementation of strategic projects involving change for stakeholder groups.
- Exceptional critical thinking, with the ability to challenge assumptions, analyse data critically, develop evidence-based recommendations, and deliver actionable insights that drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, stimulate new ideas through projects, inspire others, and adapt ways of working to enhance effectiveness.
- Proven ability to communicate findings and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- A current Working with Children Check clearance (blue card) issued by Blue Card Services), a mandatory requirement for this role.
