About the Team:

Role specific accountabilities:

We are looking for someone who has strong project, program or portfolio management experience, or experience establishing or working within a transformation office. Experience and passion in developing, implementing and supporting business change and transformation initiatives would be beneficial.

For this role, key accountabilities include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the Transformation Management Office (TMO), and key stakeholders, building strong relationships to drive alignment and collaboration.
    • Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication of program objectives, challenges, and successes.
  • Change Management and Facilitation:
    • Design and deliver change management strategies to embed transformation initiatives effectively.
    • Plan and facilitate workshops and events to engage stakeholders, foster collaboration, and generate innovative solutions.
  • Communications Excellence:
    • Develop compelling communication materials, tailored to diverse audiences, to promote transformation goals and progress.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels to build awareness and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Program coordination and administration:
    • Collaborate with program and project managers to define clear program milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
    • Support the establishment and operation of the TMO, ensuring alignment with the division's objectives and government priorities.

There are no mandatory qualifications for this role, however prior experience in supporting projects, programs or portfolios and/or experience in applying change management methodologies would be advantageous.
