The Principal reports to the Board of Directors for overall leadership, governance alignment and the strategic and operational performance of the College. The Principal provides educational and organisational leadership while bringing clarity, stability, and vision for the future. Leading the Executive, staff and broader community, the role ensures alignment between Church, Board and College, while embedding faith across all aspects of learning and culture. The Principal champions educational excellence, oversees compliance and financial stewardship, and drives strategic growth, innovation and community engagement in a manner that reflects strong Christian character, relational leadership and organisational integrity.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Commitment to authentic Christian faith and capacity to provide Christ-centred spiritual leadership aligned with the College’s mission and Church partnership.
- Proven educational leadership with the ability to deliver high-quality teaching, learning, and student outcomes through effective pedagogy and data-informed practice.
- Strategic and innovative thinking with the capacity to lead improvement, manage change, and drive future-focused initiatives.
- Commitment to professional growth and ability to develop staff through coaching and collaboration.
- Highly developed organisational and administrative leadership ensuring effective governance, financial stewardship, compliance, and operational management.
- Exceptional relational and communication skills with the capacity to build strong partnerships across the Church, Board, staff, parents, and wider community.
With a negotiable start date, applicants must have a right to work in Australia, be eligible for Queensland teacher registration, and be an active member of a Christian church aligned with the College’s Statement of Faith.
