The Principal of Primary School reports to the Executive Principal and provides strategic and operational leadership of Kindergarten to Year 6, ensuring exceptional academic, pastoral and community outcomes. This role requires visionary and evidence-informed leadership in a dynamic, high-performance environment. With strong pedagogical foundations and commercial acumen, the appointee will foster a collaborative culture, champion a premium service model, support enrolment growth, and act as a visible ambassador for the school within both the local community and the global Inspired network.
Key Selection Criteria
- Relational leadership that fosters student wellbeing, inclusivity, and a strong values-based school culture, with experience leading an entire Primary school
- Proven ability to lead high impact teaching practices that deliver academic excellence.
- Experience driving improvement and innovation in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Commitment to staff development through collaborative, empowering, and high-trust leadership.
- Operational expertise across enrolments, staffing, compliance, and performance management.
- A visible, articulate and approachable leader who builds positive connections with staff, students, families and the broader community.
This is a permanent appointment, and applicants must be eligible for NSW teacher registration and have the right to work in Australia. Sponsorship is available for the preferred candidate if required.
