■ lead and develop a high performing leadership team, fostering a positive culture aligned with the School’s strategic imperatives.

■ demonstrate an understanding of all elements of school leadership, which is required to successfully manage finances, risk, human resources, compliance, and facilities.

■ demonstrate expertise in developing professional partnerships with external bodies to support the School in achieving its next strategic plan.
