The Principal will:
■ demonstrate commitment to supporting Christian values, and the Anglican ethos and culture of the School.
■ collaborate to develop and communicate a compelling strategic vision which enhances the quality of education at the School and anticipates the future needs of learners and teachers.
■ demonstrate a high level of engagement in education, with thorough knowledge of developments at international, national, and state levels.
■ lead and manage innovation with an inclusive, evidence-informed approach.
■ prioritise relationships, build trust and inspire a community, being highly visible and connected with all stakeholders.
■ lead and develop a high performing leadership team, fostering a positive culture aligned with the School’s strategic imperatives.
■ demonstrate an understanding of all elements of school leadership, which is required to successfully manage finances, risk, human resources, compliance, and facilities.
■ demonstrate expertise in developing professional partnerships with external bodies to support the School in achieving its next strategic plan.
