Reporting to the Principal Lead: North West, you will be entrusted with the crucial responsibility of leading a school community in fulfilling the mission and goals of Catholic education. Your leadership will encompass fostering a culture of faith, evangelisation, and learning, and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education guided by our Catholic faith.

About You

As the Principal of Marist Regional College, you will be required to demonstrate:

  • active and regular involvement in Sunday worship and sacramental life as a practicing catholic
  • an explicit commitment to faith, and well-developed capacity to take forward the mission of the Catholic Church through the school and community
  • exceptional communication skills to effectively build and sustain positive relationships within the school, parish and extended community
  • a successful performance history of nurturing excellence in teachers to enrich social and emotional wellbeing, student learning and enhance educational expectations and outcomes
  • strong leadership presence, emotional intelligence and self-efficacy to drive an educational environment, inspired by faith, where staff and student’s flourish
