About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide values-based leadership by articulating and embedding a shared educational vision that promotes ethical practice, social justice, and high expectations for all students and staff.
- Lead quality teaching and learning by setting high standards, focusing on improved student outcomes, and engaging in ongoing professional learning.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, government agencies, and industry to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
- Lead strategically and sustainably by being future-focused, managing resources effectively, and aligning actions with school goals.
- Ensure informed and accountable leadership through a sound understanding of educational legislation, policy, and governance requirements.
