About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Lead a shared vision for excellence: Guide the school community to develop and commit to a clear, future-focused educational vision that delivers high-quality learning outcomes for every student.
- Model ethical, values-driven leadership: Uphold the principalship as a moral and ethical responsibility, embedding socially just and inclusive practices into everyday school life.
- Promote high performance and growth: Set and maintain high standards for both students and staff while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, lifelong learning, and professional development.
- Build strong partnerships and community connections: Collaborate actively with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance opportunities and outcomes for students.
- Lead strategically and responsibly: Operate with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policy, and manage resources effectively to achieve strategic goals.
