About the School

Wondai State School caters for Prep to Year 9 students, with current enrolment numbers estimated to be around 110.  Our school is situated in the rural town of Wondai in the South Burnett Region of Queensland, approximately 3 hours drive from Brisbane, 2 hours from the Sunshine Coast and 2 hours from Toowoomba. 

Our students come from a diverse range of families, living within the town, and on the town outskirts on acreage blocks or farms. Numerous families travel from neighbouring towns to enrol their children at our school.

About the Role

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to the following:
