About Thabeban State School

Thabeban State School is a prep to year 6 school in Bundaberg. At Thabeban we provide a safe, clean, attractive learning environment where staff match learning programs to students so they can achieve success. We also develop positive and trusting relationships with students and help them develop social skills which enable them to interact successfully.

Children are encouraged to take on leadership roles and to take appropriate decisions about how their classrooms are run.

About the Role

As the Principal, you will:

  • Deliver the vision of the department.
  • Improve the educational outcomes of students in their schools.
  • Develop the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Nurture positive relationships between students, teachers, the community and stakeholders.
