About Millaa Millaa State School

Our school has served the Millaa Millaa community since 1918. We were once a larger school community in the days when there were prosperous timber, dairy and beef industries in the Millaa Milla area. Our town had mechanics, butchers, a baker and a butter factory.

We have a stable rural family core and a small number of families that tend to move from year to year. This produces a school with a wonderful environment where the children have pride in themselves and an appreciation for community values.
