About Meandarra State School

Meandarra State School is a co-educational, prep - year 6 school situated 400 kilometres south west of Brisbane, Queensland. We are a small rural school servicing our community which is primarily employed in agricultural professions. Our school motto is 'Striving for Excellence'.

You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:

  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.
  • Active participants in life long learning and ongoing professional development.
  • Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, community groups, industry and business.
  • Futures oriented and strategic.
