Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

- Model ethical, values-based leadership while embedding socially just and inclusive practices across all aspects of school life.
- Maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry, and business to enhance opportunities for students.
- Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership through sound understanding of relevant legislation and effective management of resources to achieve school goals.
