Your Responsibilities
As the Principal Identity Management Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead design and delivery of IAM solution components.
- Resolve escalated support tasks.
- Drive continuous process improvement.
- Represent IAM in project meetings and change control.
- Assist IAM manager with reporting and administration tasks.
- Provide leadership and guidance to IAM team members, fostering collaboration and capability development.
What we are looking for
Desired skills include experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure/Entra, PowerShell and C#, and Ping Identity, along with a demonstrated ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and coordinate complex technical projects.
