Your Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of change initiatives with organisational goals. Your expertise will drive successful change adoption and enhance user experiences across our projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level strategic advice and support to the project team on matters impacting change management by understanding and influencing organisational culture.
  • Provide clear and accurate reporting on the status of change management and communication activities and assist in identifying and escalating key change issues and risks within the Program.
  • Support and implement comprehensive change management strategies that align with organisational objectives and ensure effective change adoption.
  • Execute detailed change management plans that address stakeholder needs and promote engagement.
  • Support UX design efforts and persona development to ensure user-centric solutions and enhance overall user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to map out future state processes, ensuring they are optimised for UX and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs and organisational design efforts to support change initiatives and drive organisational effectiveness.

About You
You will have demonstrated:

  • Experience in delivering large scale complex transformation projects within a HR environment or similar.
  • Proven success in working as a leader in a high performing team while ensuring quality human and financial resource management practices are adhered to.
  • Highly developed interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills at a senior level.
  • The ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders and other partners to achieve required outcomes.
  • Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills including the ability to plan, manage and implement strategic solutions in managing outcomes for a large-scale project.
  • Ability to understand project management methodology and support critical project related activities.

A change management certification with a recognised professional b.ody (e.g. Prosci) would also be highly regarded.
