The Principal Advisor, Regional Services (PaC) will:

  • Provide authoritative strategic and operational advice to regional leaders on a wide range of legislative, policy and procedural issues.
  • Oversee governance processes and quality systems for the management of complaints, and internal and external communications in line with the Department's Customer Complaints.
  • Management policy and procedure, including reporting and records management.
    Undertake high level internal reviews of complaints and decisions.
  • Manage the preparation of complex reports, submissions and briefs, in accordance with the Department's processes.
  • Demonstrate ability to provide high level capability development of school leaders and regional teams in the area of complaint and appeal management with a focus on developing continual improvement strategies.
