About the Department of Education:

Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-level strategic advice and support to senior officers on the implementation of policy initiatives and system priorities.
- Lead and manage projects, programs and initiatives that enhance education service delivery across schools within the region.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration channels with schools, regional teams and key stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyse and evaluate regional and school performance data to inform planning, reporting and continuous improvement strategies.
- Prepare high-level briefings, reports, submissions and implementation plans to support informed decision-making and service delivery outcomes.

About You:
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across diverse groups.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and evidence to inform. decision-making.
- Ability to operate effectively in complex environments, balancing competing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes.
