This role comes with a TLR for Lower Key Stage 2 Phase Leadership, ideal for someone ready to develop their leadership skills and support colleagues across the phase.

About the Role:

  • Position: Key Stage 2 Class Teacher (Lower KS2 Phase Leader)

  • Contract: Full-time, Permanent

  • Start Date: April 2026 or sooner

  • Salary: MPS/UPS + TLR

  • Phase Leader Responsibilities - Supporting teaching and learning across Lower KS2, coaching colleagues, leading CPD, and driving improvement

    About You:

  • A qualified teacher with experience in Key Stage 2 (Essential)

  • Not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs)

  • Able to demonstrate secure teaching and learning practices

  • Experience in middle leadership OR recent high-quality CPD with a desire to coach and mentor others

  • Committed to high standards and continuous improvement

  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
