A highly sought-after and welcoming Primary School in Colne is seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team from May 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking school that prides itself on delivering high-quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for all pupils.

We welcome applications from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers who are passionate about making a difference in Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons within Key Stage 2

  • Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school

    • The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Have experience or a strong understanding of Key Stage 2

  • Be dedicated, creative, and motivated

  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills

  • Be committed to achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
