The role is suitable for both ECTs and experienced teachers, with salary offered on the Main Pay Scale or Upper Pay Scale, depending on experience.

The Role:

  • Full-time Key Stage 1 Class Teacher

  • Planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Creating a positive and stimulating classroom environment

  • Assessing, monitoring, and supporting pupil progress

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (or relevant training placements)

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management and behaviour strategies

  • Is enthusiastic, caring, and committed to pupil development

  • Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
