Have a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum/EYFS Framework and demonstrate excellent classroom practice.

Meet the needs of all learners, ensuring they are supported and challenged appropriately.

Have a strong understanding of Assessment for Learning strategies and how to implement them effectively.

Be a motivated and reflective practitioner, committed to delivering high-quality education.

Qualifications & Experience:

Essential:

QTS/Postgraduate Degree in Education.

Proven experience of teaching in a primary school setting with evidence of positive impact.

Desirable:

Experience in leading a curriculum area or contributing to whole-school development.

A background in working with and managing a team of classroom staff to support pupil learning.
