The role

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support and challenge all learners.

  • Create a welcoming, inclusive classroom where pupils feel confident to participate.

  • Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.

  • Establish positive behaviour, clear routines and high expectations.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and build strong relationships with families.

    • The ideal candidate will have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

  • Effective classroom management and communication skills.

  • A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.

  • A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
