Are you a confident and experienced Primary Teacher looking for a long-term role in Leeds?

We are currently recruiting for a Leeds primary school that is looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and adaptable teacher to join their team on a long-term basis. There is also the potential for the role to become permanent for the right person, making this a fantastic opportunity for a teacher looking to secure a position in a school where they can really settle and become part of the team.

The Role

The school is looking for a teacher who is confident working across KS1 and KS2 and can quickly adapt to different year groups. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive classroom environment and supporting pupils to make progress.

This role would suit an experienced Primary Teacher who enjoys building strong relationships with pupils and staff and is looking for the consistency of a longer-term placement.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
  • Has experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
  • Is confident with classroom and behaviour management
  • Can plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Is adaptable and comfortable working with different year groups
  • Has a positive, proactive approach
  • Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents
  • Is looking for a long-term opportunity, with the possibility of progressing into a permanent position
