As a Primary Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality teaching and maintaining a positive learning environment. Depending on the placement, responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
  • Supporting pupils' academic progress and wellbeing
  • Creating an inclusive, organised and inspiring classroom environment
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies
  • Working collaboratively with school staff, parents and carers
  • Assessing and tracking pupil progress
  • Participating in school life, meetings and CPD where required

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary settings (any year group)
  • Strong classroom management and a proactive, positive approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development
  • Commitment to safeguarding and professional standards
