PRIMARY SEN Teaching Assistant - SEN School - Lambeth Start: ASAP Contract: Long term Pay: £100 to £120 per day (depending on experience)
A supportive and well-established SEN School in Lambeth is looking for a dedicated Primary SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This long-term role is ideal for someone with strong experience supporting pupils with special educational needs.
About the role:
Supporting primary-aged pupils with a range of SEN, including ASD, MLD, SLD and complex needsWorking one-to-one and in small groups to deliver tailored learning supportAssisting teachers with structured activities and personalised learning plansSupporting pupils with communication, emotional regulation and daily routinesHelping track progress and contributing to EHCP targetsRequirements:
Experience working with SEN pupils is essentialUnderstanding of SEN strategies, communication systems or behaviour supportPositive, patient and proactive approachAbility to build strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staffCommitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingWhy join this school:
