About The Role

  • 3.5 days a week
  • Maternity cover for 1 year
  • PE specialism desirable but not essential

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality PE lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Lead extracurricular clubs and support inter‑school competitions
  • Champion physical wellbeing and contribute to whole‑school initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with staff to enrich the wider curriculum

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Strong subject knowledge in PE and child development
  • Positive behaviour management and a nurturing approach
  • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
  • Passion for sport and motivating young learners
