Key Responsibilities

  • Coordination of Precinct enrolment enquiries, placements and waitlists 

  • Carry out other duties, as requested by the Precinct Lead, Principal or Senior Leadership Team 

  • Support the collation of accurate and timely reporting to government and other reporting agencies to meet compliance and funding requirements 

  • Assist in College orientation activities and packs as required 

  • Support with the organisation of related events to attract new students

  • Coordination of Precinct/College school tours and meetings with the Principal(s). 

  • Liaise with new families to ensure the collection and management of enrolment documentation for the College 

  • Follow up of College enrolment enquiries. Entry of enrolment enquiries or applications into applicable systems, and maintain and update waitlists 

  • Maintain knowledge of the College’s emergency procedures and other appropriate policies, including but not limited to Enrolment, Student Welfare, Student Duty of Care and Child Protection 

  • Ensure a quality filing system which can integrate into archives 

  • Proactively contribute to the updating of the school website, information handbooks and other enrolment and promotional material as required 

  • Provide relevant data and statistics to the Marketing and Communications team, to assist with the development of marketing strategies and material, including media releases and general advertising 

This is a newly created role designed to work in collaboration with the school leadership team, colleagues and external entities to support student enrolments across The Precinct and College. The Enrolments Registrar has responsibility for all facets of the student enrolment process for domestic, boarding and international enrolments from Early Learning to Year 12. This is a significant forward-facing role so a high degree of customer service and communication skills is required to succeed.
