Are you an adaptable and enthusiastic primary teacher looking for a part-time role within a supportive school environment?

A friendly and welcoming primary school near Kendal is seeking a PPA Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. While the school is keen to appoint quickly, they are prepared to wait a short time for the right candidate.

The Role:

0.6 contract (October 2026 to July 2027) 2 full days and 2 mornings per week (subject to final timetable) Wednesdays in Reception One additional full day in Year 4 Remaining two mornings to be allocated across the school Planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of year groups

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have experience teaching across the primary age range
  • Be confident stepping into different classes and year groups
  • Have strong classroom management skills
  • Be committed to providing high-quality learning opportunities for all pupils
