About the Role

As the Policy Support Officer in the Policy and Procedure Register team, you will:

  • Provide operational and system administration support to the department's online register of policies and procedures;
  • Publish documents to the departmental website;
  • Manage the team mailbox and provide advice on processes;
  • Complete searches of previous policies and procedures for legal requests.

As the Policy Support Officer in the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office, you will:

  • Provide operational and system administration support for the department's online project and program management tool and work with an external vendor to resolve issues;
  • Manage multiple team mailboxes;
  • Support the team in delivering its corporate reporting and planning responsibilities including statutory body annual reports, the department's Annual Report, Operational Planning and other whole of government reporting requirements.

  • Great at stakeholder engagement and customer service;
  • Great communicator and problem solver;
  • Flexibility to work across a number of priorities;
  • Ability to use or quickly acquire knowledge and capability to use a range of IT systems.
