We are seeking a dedicated Culture and Capability Advisor to join our team. You will work on a range of projects and initiatives to support culture transformation, nurture a high-performing workforce, and deliver capability-building programs at scale. Your key focus areas will include driving culture transformation initiatives, developing and implementing programs to nurture high performance, and building capability programs aligned with organizational initiatives.
About the Role:
- Coordinate culture and leadership training events and initiatives, including booking venues, managing attendance, providing training materials, and scheduling events in line with the Culture, Leadership and Capability (CLC) Calendar and BCE Master Calendar.
- Deliver, coordinate and continuously improve the BCEO onboarding and orientation welcome day.
- Manage operational business requirements of the iLearn LMS, providing support and advice to multiple end users and diverse role holders.
- Gather feedback and glean insights from trainers and trainees after each culture and leadership training event/initiative.
- Provide a high degree of customer service and develop strong relationships across BCE.
About You:
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with experience managing training events and initiatives.
- Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and providing support to end users.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify gaps and trends and improve operational practices.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Hold tertiary qualifications in organizational development, human resources, or organizational psychology; previous experience in a similar position is highly regarded.
- Current/valid Queensland Driver’s Licence, if required
