About Us

Catholic Archdiocese of Canberra and Goulburn Education Limited (CECG) plays an integral role in education in the ACT and NSW, operating 56 Schools and nine Early Learning Centres (ELCs). The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to the system of Schools, ELCs and the Catholic Education Office.   
 
About the Role  

As the People and Culture Recruitment Officer, you will play a vital role within the People and Culture Service Area, contributing to the delivery of exceptional human resource services. The purpose this role is to undertake recruitment activities and contribute to selection processes to ensure attraction and retention of top talent to support strategic goals and initiatives. 

Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and providing expert advice on best practices in recruitment and selection.

You will also collaborate across other HR functions, including payroll, work health and safety, employee and industrial relations, and HR operations, to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to workforce management.
