Veritas Education are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physical Education Teacher to join a welcoming and dynamic secondary school in Burnley on a long-term basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to inspire students to develop their physical skills, teamwork, and love for sport in a supportive school environment.

✅ The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality PE lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Plan, prepare and assess student progress in line with the national curriculum
  • Promote healthy lifestyles, teamwork and sportsmanship
  • Support extracurricular activities such as school clubs and fixtures
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

    • ???? The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school
  • Be confident delivering a range of sports (both practical and theory)
  • Have strong behaviour management skills
  • Be committed, reliable and enthusiastic about student development
