Veritas Education are working closely with a supportive secondary school in Kirklees to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated PE Teacher to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a committed practitioner who is passionate about promoting physical activity, teamwork and student wellbeing through high-quality physical education.

The Role:

  • Delivering PE lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
  • Planning inclusive and engaging lessons that motivate all pupils
  • Assessing and monitoring progress in line with national curriculum requirements
  • Promoting positive behaviour and a healthy, active lifestyle
  • Taking part in extracurricular sports and wider school activities

    • The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Have experience teaching PE in a UK secondary school setting
  • Demonstrate strong behaviour management and organisational skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Show enthusiasm, flexibility and a positive attitude
