We are seeking two dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our KS2 team in Lancaster. If you have a passion for supporting children's learning and development, we would love to hear from you!

### Key Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.- Support the academic and social development of KS2 students.- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.- Help with classroom organization and management.

### Qualifications:- Experience working as a teaching assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Teaching Assistance).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
