About the Role

Catherine McAuley CPS, Orange is seeking a dedicated Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth operation and ongoing success of our school. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative, financial, and operational support to ensure the effective running of the school. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Leading school administration and supporting the Principal with confidential correspondence, calendar management, and school operations. 
  • Managing financial tasks such as school fees, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement. 
  • Coordinating enrolment processes, family and community engagement, and school events. 
  • Overseeing staff administration, WHS compliance, visitor protocols, and office systems. 
  • Ensuring compliance with Catholic Education policies and governance requirements.

About You

  • Strong leadership and organisation skills.
  • Experience in school administration and financial management.
  • A commitment to Catholic values and fostering a positive school environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Cert III, IV or Diploma in Business (Administration) or equivalent
