About the Role
We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Office Administrators for a part time fixed term position located at our Elizabeth East campus. All applicants need to be enthusiastic, committed, and have an acceptance of and sensitivity towards families from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The Office and Student Services Officer is responsible for providing front office and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the school’s reception and student services functions. This includes welcoming and assisting visitors, responding to telephone and email enquiries, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and maintaining a professional and welcoming front office environment. The role also provides direct support to students by administering first aid and basic health care when required, ensuring student wellbeing and safety at all times. This includes assessing minor injuries or illnesses, documenting and reporting incidents in accordance with school policies, maintaining accurate health records, and communicating with parents or guardians regarding student health matters as appropriate.
Essential Criteria
- HLTAID012 First Aid training.
- Asthma, anaphylaxis, diabetes, and epilepsy training.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
- Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.
