About the Role
Brisbane Catholic Education are looking for an OD, People, and Analytics Change Lead. This critical role will drive change management within the People and Culture function, leveraging people data to inform strategic workforce decisions. The successful candidate will oversee the alignment, implementation, and integration of the People and Culture strategy, delivering organisation-wide, fit-for-purpose workforce initiatives that support the organisation’s strategic goals.
About the role
- Lead and deliver strategic workforce initiatives that empower people to achieve the organisation’s vision and goals;
- Oversee and implement change management across People and Culture to align with and embed the People and Culture Strategy;
- Advise and support Project Leads in developing and executing change management plans for key initiatives;
- Manage programs and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives;
- Conduct advanced data analysis to provide actionable insights that inform People and Culture strategies, policies, and processes;
- Develop, implement, and review strategic processes, including risk planning and change management, to meet organisational goals;
- Optimise organisational outcomes by managing resources, setting standards, and establishing frameworks;
- Provide expert People and Culture advice and technical leadership to drive best practices;
- Consult, collaborate, and influence stakeholders at all levels; and
- Support project budgeting and business case development, offering expert guidance to address complex program or change issues.
About You
To excel in this role, you will bring postgraduate qualifications or tertiary credentials in Project Management, Change Management, HR, or Business. Relevant experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Strong stakeholder relationship-building skills are essential to ensure strategies align with business needs. You will thrive in a hands-on environment, demonstrating initiative and drive to optimise team performance. Experience as a Change Lead, particularly with a focus on analytics, will be highly valued.
