    The Role

    This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will support children's learning and development through engaging indoor and outdoor activities, helping to create a fun, safe, and stimulating environment.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Support fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities, including outdoor learning
  • Promote children's development, confidence, and wellbeing
  • Assist with observations and contribute to learning journeys where appropriate
  • Build positive relationships with staff, children, and families
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times
  • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2/3 Early Years qualification or relevant childcare experience
  • A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for early years development
  • Basic understanding of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
