Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery Practitioners to join our teams in Harrogate, Ripon, and Boroughbridge. These are full-time, permanent positions. The ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare and have experience working in a baby room. A valid driving licence is essential due to the nature of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver stimulating and age-appropriate activities for children in the baby room.
  • Provide high-quality care and support for babies, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment for the children.
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

    • Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in a nursery setting, preferably in a baby room.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A valid driving licence is essential.
