The Role

  • Supporting children's learning and development through engaging play and activities
  • Creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment
  • Encouraging children's curiosity, creativity, and confidence
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Observing and recording children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
  • Supporting outdoor learning and Forest School experiences

    • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
  • A positive, caring, and enthusiastic approach
  • Someone who enjoys outdoor learning and embracing new experiences
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
