Your Responsibilities

  • Support children's learning and development through engaging, play-based activities
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support observations, assessments, and children's learning journeys
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Promote positive behaviour and inclusive learning
  • Follow safeguarding and welfare procedures at all times
  • What We're Looking For

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable
  • Unqualified candidates with previous experience working with children are encouraged to apply
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework is beneficial
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
