Our client's nursery is seeking a confident and experienced Office-Based Manager to oversee key operational duties, including staffing, ratios, invoicing, and general administration. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in nursery management and be comfortable working in an office-based setting.

Key Requirements:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in childcare or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a nursery
  • Expertise in managing staffing, ratios, and financial processes such as invoicing
  • Ofsted experience is essential (The nursery is rated 'Good' by Ofsted)

    • This is a full-time position offering a salary of £28,000 per year. The successful candidate should be able to start ASAP.
