Nursery Nurse - Central Bradford (Community‑Run Setting)

Pay: Up to £14.00 per hour Location: Central Bradford Setting: Small, community‑focused nursery

A small, community‑run nursery in Central Bradford is looking for a qualified Nursery Nurse to join their friendly team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with families and thrives in a warm, homely environment where every child is known and valued.

The Role

  • Supporting children's learning and development through play‑based activities

  • Maintaining a calm, caring atmosphere within a small group setting

  • Carrying out key person responsibilities and tracking children's progress

  • Helping with daily routines including meals, hygiene, and outdoor play

  • Contributing ideas to enhance the nursery's community feel and curriculum

    • Essential Requirements

  • Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent)

  • Previous experience in an early years environment

  • Good understanding of safeguarding and EYFS

  • Positive, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years

  • Ability to work well within a small, close‑knit team
