Location: Kirkham, Lancashire

About Us: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to join a vibrant private nursery in Kirkham. Our client is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, encouraging their growth and development through play and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the nursery team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that meet the needs of all children.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and nursery policies.
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families, promoting open communication.
  • Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively to ensure the nursery's success.

    • Qualifications:

  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within a childcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development.
