The setting has a strong focus on outdoor play, fresh air, and creating a healthy, balanced environment for children. Expect plenty of time outside, hands-on activities, and a calm, nurturing atmosphere where children are encouraged to explore and stay active.

You'll be supporting the day-to-day running of the nursery, helping to create a positive environment where children feel safe, engaged, and confident. From outdoor play to group activities, no two days will feel the same.

This opportunity is ideal for experienced practitioners, those returning to childcare, or anyone looking for flexibility without stepping away from meaningful work.

What we're looking for

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification, or relevant childcare experience
  • A warm, reliable, and adaptable approach
  • Confidence supporting outdoor and active play
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • A genuine interest in children's development and wellbeing
  • Basic knowledge of safeguarding and early years practice, or willingness to learn
